Who should join
The owner or whoever looks after the social accounts now. If someone else takes the job photos, it helps to have them on for a few minutes.
Before the call
Have your main social account open and note when the last few posts went out. A handful of recent photos from real work shows what material already exists.

That is the main topic of the brand voice part of the call. Posts follow written rules on tone and topics, and you can approve each one before it goes out.
Which times can I book?
Weekday starts from 9am to 6:30pm Melbourne time, at least two hours ahead, Victorian public holidays aside. Each time shows in your own time zone, such as Brisbane (AEST) or Perth (AWST).
Which platforms do you cover?
Tell us which channels you use when you book. The call covers which of them suit your business and what the service can produce for each one.
How do I change or cancel the booking?
Reply to the calendar invitation or call (03) 9003 0111. You get reminder emails before the call, plus an SMS if you give a mobile number.
